《水浒传之英雄好色》借水浒之名，讲述几个简短的艳情故事合集，趣味盎然 。日本女优加上本土无名艳女担纲，尺度上反而更有优势。港片的三级王朝在此时已是强弩之末，即使是最有发挥余地的古装题材要表现一个长篇题材应也已力不从心，所以该片票房收入并不高。
